Peak Browser provides a suite of productivity tools. The core browsing and note-taking features are provided free of charge.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, including notes, chat history, and browsing data (“Content”). You retain all rights to your Content. We do not access, store, or claim ownership of your Content. All Content is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall Peak Browser or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
